iLine™ The concept

iLine™ identifies the new Tetra Pak A3 approach to packaging lines.

The concept offers:

 complete line offering

 new automation system (Rockwell)

 higher level of integration along the packaging line

 production line management enabled by Line Controller 30

 PLMS Centre with new functionalities

 Increased robustness

 higher and selectable capacity

Improved portion package production

Commercial release (TG6) planned for Q4 2009

Limited deployment (13 lines) – first line will be installed in Thailand in June 2008.

Tetra Pak A3/CompactFlex will replace TBA/19 in the product portfolio
